Origin and destination
Where the equipment is located, where it needs to go and who will coordinate each site.
Import/export and international projects
We work throughout Italy and neighbouring countries, with frequent projects in Africa and Asia. We connect commercial requirements with the agreed technical and logistics activities for each destination.
APPROACH
Finding suitable equipment is not enough for an international project. Origin, destination, system condition, site readiness and local contacts need to be considered together. These details identify the activities required before departure and those to organise on arrival.
Spinergy Medical handles CT and MRI import/export and agreed technical and logistics services. An enquiry may concern a complete system, relocation or a particular project stage. Defining this helps avoid overlapping responsibilities or handovers without an assigned contact.
We work with healthcare organisations, dealers and industry professionals. Destinations do not all require the same arrangements: the proposal is built around country, equipment and site information, with checks on the conditions that apply.

BEFORE DEPARTURE
The commercial scope should clarify handovers between supplier, customer, transport providers, site professionals and the parties handling applicable formalities. Agree documentation, responsibilities and delivery conditions before arranging the transfer.
We do not promise that equipment is automatically suitable for every country. Documentary and destination checks require project information and the involvement of the relevant competent parties. Equipment availability is separate from readiness to proceed with delivery and installation.
THE DESTINATION MATTERS
Access routes, internal paths, available space and progress on building work affect scheduling. Transport arranged without site coordination can leave the most important handover unresolved: placing and integrating the system at the facility.
Start with country and city, required modality, any preferred model, room status and approximate date. If equipment has already been identified, add its location and available information. We can then define the pathway to explore and the contacts to involve.
