INFORMATION
Technical functions, without advertising tracking
The website uses necessary technical tools and, only with your consent, Google Analytics 4 for statistics on visits and accepted enquiries. There are no advertising pixels or embedded third-party maps or videos. Images and graphic resources are served by this site, using fonts available on the device.
On your first visit you can accept statistics, reject optional tools or customise your choice. Accepting and rejecting are equally prominent. Continuing to browse or scrolling is not consent. Forms remain available if you reject. The “Cookie preferences” link lets you change or withdraw your choice at any time.

What is stored in your browser
spinergy.consent.v1 in this site’s localStorage records your yes/no choice for statistics, the consent-notice version and the choice and expiry dates. It is used to respect your preference and lasts six calendar months. After expiry or deletion of local data, the site asks again without assuming consent. Material changes to the tools may require a new choice. If your browser prevents saving, your choice applies only to the open page.
Only after acceptance can Google Analytics set the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_SEK5JD7N0Z to distinguish browsers and sessions. We configure them for 60 days without extending expiry on each visit. Google receives the statistical information described in the privacy notice. Before consent we do not load the Google tag or send the cookieless statistical requests used by advanced consent mode.
spinergy.analytics.pending.v1 in the tab’s sessionStorage is created only for a successful submission when valid consent already exists. It contains predefined categories, time and a local reference to avoid duplicates. The reference is not sent to Google. The status page removes the queue before attempting measurement; its validity is 15 minutes and withdrawal invalidates it. We do not replay earlier submissions when consent is given later.
spinergy.analytics.sent.v1 keeps up to 20 local references and timestamps for attempted measurements in sessionStorage, solely to prevent duplicate counts. It is not sent to Google and references are considered valid for 15 minutes. Expired entries are discarded on the next attempt; without further activity they may remain until the tab session is closed or cleared.
Withdrawal disables measurement for subsequent visits and new events, attempts to clear these cookies and does not affect the commercial enquiry already submitted. Clearing the browser preference does not automatically erase data already received by Google. We do not use a website database to record choices.
Form security
The form service uses spinergy_form, a first-party session cookie marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict. It links the browser to the session needed to validate requests and prevent abusive submissions.
When the service is enabled, security tokens are valid for 30 minutes. This is distinct from the session-cookie duration and retention of technical data on the server.
Parts selection and submission status
When you use a parts selection, spinergy.parts.request.v1 stores public codes, names and quantities in the tab’s sessionStorage. It is not an order or payment. The selection can be cleared and is removed after a successful parts submission.
spinergy.lead.receipt.v1 is written only after the online submission service accepts a request. It contains a request identifier, type, page references and time, without name, email or message. The status page considers a receipt recent within 15 minutes and attempts to remove it. It is not sent to Analytics.
sessionStorage belongs to the browser tab; restoring a browser session may preserve it. It is not a permanent company archive. These records are not created if you do not use the relevant function.
Technical service data
Aruba manages hosting delivery and security, including connection data and logs. Any log-based hosting statistics are distinct from Analytics cookies and are not disabled by rejecting this site’s optional statistics.
The private-preview platform’s cookies and technologies are not part of this public website. See the privacy notice for personal-data processing.
Browser settings and contacts
You can use browser settings to delete cookies and local data or limit their use. Blocking technical storage may prevent parts selection or, when enabled, form submission.
Manage preferences using the link at the bottom of each page. For information or privacy rights: info@spinergymedical.com. Accepting, rejecting or reading this notice does not send an email to Spinergy Medical.
