Two systems of the same model can have different configurations, operating histories and conditions. The manufacturing year and commercial name alone do not describe the work needed. Assessment therefore starts with the actual equipment and available information.
Refurbishment may concern a system intended for a new buyer, equipment being relocated or a machine being assessed for continued use. The objective should be clear before deciding which activities to undertake.
Spinergy Medical provides refurbishment, service and repair for used systems. We do not use refurbished as a synonym for new: the proposal should distinguish configuration, known condition, planned work and agreed checks.

QUESTIONS TO ASK
What does refurbishment actually include?
A useful description states which activities were performed, which components were replaced and which checks are available. Photographs help explain the equipment but do not replace this information. Accessories, coils, options and documents also need identification beyond the model name.
Support conditions and any warranty should be set out in the proposal. Not every machine has the same scope of supply and not every component is necessarily replaced. Understanding these differences helps compare offers and expectations.

ASSESSING THE INVESTMENT
The system price is only part of the comparison
An attractively priced machine still needs to fit the facility’s project. Transport, installation, utilities, accessories and technical support can change the overall budget. Consider them before choosing, not after purchase.
