CT and MRI rental

CT and MRI rental: start with the project, then choose the arrangement

Launching a service, replacing equipment or meeting a time-limited need may make rental worth considering. The arrangement should be built around the equipment and facility, not just the rental payment.

APPROACH

When rental is worth considering

Purchase and rental address different needs. If the intended period of use is uncertain, or a project has a specific duration, comparing both options helps clarify the commitments involved. Rental is not automatically the least expensive choice: duration, services, mobilisation and return costs all matter.

To frame a proposal, we need the modality, intended activity, destination, approximate start date and preferred duration. Context matters too: an equipped room raises different questions from a facility still preparing its spaces and utilities.

Spinergy Medical buys, sells and rents CT and MRI systems. Equipment availability, configuration and rental terms are checked for each enquiry. If a suitable system is not in stock, we can assess sourcing through our commercial network.

01

Duration and use

Expected term, service launch, possible extension requirements and equipment destination.

02

System configuration

Model, accessories, coils, software and requirements to compare with the facility’s intended activity.

03

Project cost

Separate the rental payment from transport, site preparation, installation, support and return costs.

BEYOND THE PAYMENT

Compare proposals on the same basis

Two offers with the same rental payment can allocate responsibilities very differently. Establish who handles installation, which maintenance activities are included, how faults are managed and which materials are excluded. These conditions are part of the commercial assessment, not implicit in the word rental.

The end of the rental period also deserves attention from the outset. Removal, packing, transport and any room reinstatement belong in the project. A complete picture leaves fewer costs unresolved when discussing the budget.

PREPARING THE FACILITY

Rental still requires an installation project

Before choosing a delivery date, establish how the system will reach the room, which spaces are available and which utilities need assessment. The commercial arrangement does not replace technical site preparation.

We can connect the rental enquiry with planning for the agreed activities. Start with the location, available plans, room status and project contacts. Specific checks are defined with the professionals involved.

USEFUL QUESTIONS

Before getting started

Does rental always include installation and maintenance?

No. Installation, maintenance, materials and fault handling must be specified in the proposal, together with any exclusions.

Can I request a specific model?

Yes. Tell us the manufacturer, model and required configuration. We check available opportunities and, where useful, discuss suitable alternatives.

Can I compare rental with purchase?

Yes. The expected duration, overall budget and required services allow a project-level comparison beyond the price of the equipment alone.

Your timeframe. Your equipment requirements.

Tell us the modality, expected duration, location and room status: the first details for assessing a rental arrangement together.
