Room, floor, dimensions, access and intended destination determine the activities to organise. Removal is therefore considered together with the site, not as an isolated step.
Any sale or reuse pathway is assessed separately from the operational deinstallation and moving activities.

AFTER REMOVAL
The system destination should be defined before planning the exit
A deinstallation intended for relocation has different requirements from a removal leading to recovery or end of life. Condition, completeness, documentation, destination and timing therefore affect how the project is framed.
The initial assessment connects equipment identification, room, route, disconnection activities, packing and moving. Responsibilities across the different parties are made explicit before execution.
Any end-of-life pathway and related obligations must be confirmed for the actual case and the authorised parties involved; they are not assumed from the equipment type alone.
